Timenever paused or stopped years ago,

when everything was fast .....

And it was just a wink of an eye

that sent a year away.

Now I stare at the clock

it refuses to move

what else to do,whats there to wait

I just stand like the dining table

having nothing to do but
waiting for someone to entertain

The ring of the phone

brings me back to earth,

oh!!!! my dear child calling

telling me her problems

just as she did as a kid

and my words make her relaxed

which brings smile to my face

then comes the door bell

my tired loving husband

talks about his office

I hear him out...

making me more important

( not a dining table ofcourse)

moms and wives are never unemployed :)

THEY ARE PROMOTED BUT NEVER RETIRE.
